No one can hear your inner dialogue but you. If someone did listen to that dialogue, that person might say, “Wow, you must hate that guy.”

Why are you so hard on yourself? Why are you your worst critic? If you want the best for yourself and to be the best, why are you always falling short or not following through with your desired goal?

You are your own worst enemy. There is an inner conflict that concerns who you believe you are and who you think you should be. When you acknowledge that you are worthy of that, and if the answer is no, you get right back on the negative inner dialogue.

The inner conflict must come to light, and you must let go of who you think you should be and love and accept who you are right now.

Realize your dreams.

Let’s find your purpose and who and what you dream of being and doing – together, we can explore that and create a map based on what you want and work collaboratively to meet that dream. We can change the inner dialogue, help you walk through the fear, shame, and guilt, and finally learn to let all of it go and step back into your purpose.

A line from When Harry Met Sally always plays in my head. The best part is the line, “You want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.”

When do you want the rest of your life to start? I think that should be as soon as possible – the thing is, when you realize that there is more to life than how you have felt lately, you will want the rest of your life to be about joy and happiness. You will want to feel that desire to continue for the rest of your life.

Finding what you want for your life must start as soon as possible!

Choosing to lean into your fear and shame can be scary, but you will not be alone. I will work with you, and together we can walk this path where you feel safe, seen, and heard without judgment.

I can help you navigate a life of joy and passion. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it.

Through our process, you will want things to change, but you might also find that you will feel afraid and might go backward. Those feelings are ok because we are constantly growing and evolving as humans, and sometimes it looks like taking two steps backward. Identifying those feelings is part of the process.

About Me

AdminReclaiming your life is a process.

From a very young age, I always knew I wanted to help people; at some point, I even wanted to end world hunger.

Seeing people in pain or despair is something I dislike, which is why I do what I do. But this process is a collaboration, and together we can identify your inner conflict and help you walk through to the other side of pain where you can find your joy and passion again.

I’ve been through it, and I can tell you it’s not an easy journey. This journey is a continuous growth process and a daily choice to reclaim your life and destiny.

The reward is so great that you keep pushing yourself because I’m not here to fix or save you. I’m here to help you by building a connection with you.

Therapy makes the process easier.

I believe that learning and growth are essential, and although I have been a licensed therapist for a long time, I have continued to learn and expand my knowledge base. The value of our relationship is essential, and I want you to experience feeling seen and heard.

My goal is to create a warm, safe environment for you in your journey. I use a client-centered approach to therapy and integrate several evidence-based techniques. These therapy modalities include Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and behavior modification modalities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I also received training as a life coach from Robbins-Madanes Training under my teachers, Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes.

Why do I seek this training? I want to incorporate all my education, experience, and these tools and techniques to create an individualized map for you to transform your life.

My girls and the beach keep me busy.

I am a fur mom to Athena, a rescued German Shepard, and my sidekick. She is a big baby but is my trusted friend and will protect me from every piece of paper that startles her.

Sabina, my spoiled Shih Tzu, goes everywhere with me. You might see her in my office; if you do not mind dogs, she loves people and does not care for other dogs. I might have socialized her a bit too much.

When I am not with my girls, Athena and Sabina, you might find me at the beach under an umbrella, reading a book, or just taking in all the surroundings.
